Exceptional hotel. Beautiful flower arrangements. Spotless. Courteous, helpful staff.
Spacious room with clean bathroom. Linens give feel of luxury. Delicious breakfast with wide variety of breads, cheeses and items ala cart. Sale and Pepe restaurant serves fish in salt- must have, We will definitely come back.

We had a lovely room, and the staff were excellent. A very comfortable home from home with great Martinis.

It was a charming place to stay and a great location near Buckingham Palace. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the bar and the piano player! I enjoyed a few nightcaps there listening to him play.
The room did have a couple of quirks. The phone would light up (no noise) for no reason some evenings, for example. Not a big deal and not a deal breaker by any means.
