“I stayed in the dog friendly room which was ok but not great. The carpets were stained and when we first walked in the room we could smell dog it wasn't a fresh smell. There was a half used toilet roll in our bathroom and no fan so it steamed up quite quickly. The room was at the bottom of the beer garden so was very noisy which wasn't that much of a problem. “The room was clean. The window did not have a safety latch and was next to the single child’s bed and was not safe, so had to keep the window closed on a very hot evening. We ordered 2 steak and frites and was advised the sauce would come in a gravy boat separately. It did not and was obvious that it was spread over the meat to hide the fat on the meat I complained to the staff and was told they had changed butchers. No offer of a reduction on the meal was disappointing as it was basically fat...
