The rooms were NOT as advertised
There was NO ONE to answer the phone or doorbell!
The help when finally found was NO HELP and in fact rude!
They would not give refunds for cancellation of stays even greater than 24 hrs out

Big apartment. Floors were filthy, loads of marks on the way, place is pretty dated, Shower hose was about 50cm long so was unusable as a shower.
