Alpine is great. It’s just about 25/30 minutes from San Diego and a nice getaway. Even if you don’t want to gamble, you can stay at the hotel and utilize the outlets or just be away from the city.

Went to the Grove steakhouse to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Food was excellent. Our server Angelika was awesome and the manager, Michael was very kind and caring. Great place to go for a good dinner and lovely atmosphere.
