“Lovely little inn in very quiet location (though easy to get to Halifax). Room was great size, good facilities, bed was comfy! We had a nice view of a sheep field. Cooked breakfast was only available Friday - Sunday, but we were provided with a little cool bag of breakfast items which was unexpected bonus. We only stayed one night for an event in Halifax, but would definitely stay again and for longer.”

“In the disabled room, room 7, the net curtain was badly torn, there were holes in the walls at the door. The grouting in the bathroom floor was dreadful and dirty. Mattresses were awful, lumpy, extremely uncomfortable and are only fit for the bin! Couldn't have a meal on the Saturday evening, only offered a toasted sandwich and it was only 6pm! The noise from people shouting and screaming went on until way after 11pm, both nights of our stay! Would not return here ever again! We have been...
