“Excellent hotel - very clean and attentive staff. It started off at the reception - warm welcome. The room is spotless. The shower/toilet was actually very very clean! Nice view of the river from our bedroom window. Food was on point. The restaurant staff was extremely friendly and made sure everything was just right. I highly recommend this hotel,”

“First thing evening manager said we do not have reservation and later after we showed him reservation details he said we have reservation for one room and later said we have 2 room reservation but gave one room. Next day morning 8 AM he gave 2nd room and we checked out at 10 AM. Hotel charged us for 2 rooms and they provided only one room and no refund. Manager behavior was rude and do not have accountability. Manager said we can cancel the reservation for one room but we did not find option...
