Alexander Valley Vacation Packages for 2026

Pros: Location is great, walking distance to the Piers, restaurants, tour meeting points. Included breakfast is pretty good, long line, but goes fast. Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice size room. Convenient store/snacks for purchase. Bell service staff was great as well. Cons: -Wifi was terribly slow, I gave up on it and used my own data. -Popcorn ceilings, you can hear every step above you, sounded like stomping, I was like what the heck! At first I thought maybe we were placed below the gym, but no. Other reviews mentioned that as well, our room number was 3637, try a different one if possible. You can also hear a lot of the outside noise, bumping music and loud cars. Amenities - No Lotion provided, please add this!

This balanced feedback would have been invaluable if I’d known it before booking this hotel. I’ll outline all the pros and cons I encountered. Pros: Location: This is the biggest plus. You’re right in the heart of everything, with short walks to wherever you need to go or a quick Uber/Lyft ride. Staff: They’re incredibly friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out were smooth and welcoming, with big smiles and lots of recommendations. Confectionary: Free coffee and tea, plus water machines with cold filtered water. This is amazing because I didn’t have to buy water, saving money and being kinder to the environment. All hotels should follow suit! Cons: Rooms: The rooms are incredibly old and worn down. They need serious refurbishment and renewing. The furniture is damaged, the carpets are worn out and the tech is super old and dated. The bed isn’t the most comfortable and would dive down when you sleep on it. The steam iron doesn’t work see video. The safe is broken, I had to take my valuables with me all the time which is super inconvenient. Cleanliness: The room was incredibly dusty. Every night I had to take an allergy pill to sleep because of the amount of dust and dust mites everywhere, including the sheets and bed. The carpet was disgusting dirty – just one look at it could give you that straightaway. Noise: This is by far the noisiest room I’ve ever slept in. First, my room was next to a building with a generator that was operating all day and night.

Highly recommend this place! Amazing view from our room. Breakfast was great, staff just awesome and we will stay again. Cable cars are right outside waiting for you to hop on. ❤️ 💙 💜
