“I was part of a group of 5 with DB reservations. 3 arrived in advance and told us not to come. I tried to get out if this reservation in advance Inc calling from a flight. They were adamant that no refunds would be given. The advanced party were correct. The room had not been cleaned, it had mold in the bathroom, used toilet tissue left on the floor, at least 5 spiders crawling around. All of this I have on video. Horrendous does describe it. “While the beds were clean, that was about the only positive aspect of our stay. The property itself is in disrepair and poorly maintained. In our room, there was a strip of metal drywall edging literally ripped off and left dangling from the wall, and the walls themselves were stained, grimy, and heavily scuffed. To make matters worse, our room was directly above the main entrance, making it loud and disruptive throughout the night. I would absolutely not stay at Queen of the Loch again and...

“Perfect Stay! The house itself is in great condition—everything was clean, charming, and comfortable. Gordon and Maggie were lovely hosts who gave excellent local suggestions, and the breakfast was fantastic. They even went out of their way to make me a full vegan breakfast and were incredibly cautious with food allergies. On top of that, the property surrounding the B&B is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!”
