“Lovely pub with rooms. Went for a friends birthday and had a super time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I’m coeliac and the choice of gluten free food was very good. The fish and chips were excellent! Would highly recommend.”

“Staff were super friendly. There’s a £30 surcharge for a dog but for that he got a super comfy bed and bowl which made his stay a real treat. Didn’t get a chance to use pool but did walk around the very pleasant grounds. When we arrived we were concerned that with two events going on we might not get much sleep however the soundproofing was excellent, didn’t disturb us at all. Room in the Mansion House was clean and well appointed with a lovely super king bed. Breakfast good and plentiful...

“Historic Inn with alot of charm. Room & attached bath were very nice. Only issue headboard & carpet dated with stains. Bed & linens very comfortable for our 2 night stay. Staff amazing & very friendly & helpful. Breakfast exceptional. Food served here is amazing & wait staff above & beyond. Had breakfast here both days & dinner 2 nights. Sunday roast incredible. Rooms are above bar & restaurant but very minimal noise.”
