“I want to say the Morgan state house is a perfect place to stay especially if you are going to an event at the MVP arena. The walk to the arena is short and very welcoming. The victorian style of the main house is beautiful. The room was perfect with special characteristics that myself personally have not even found at a hilton. “We loved our stay! If possible, having different breakfast options each day might make longer stays a bit better, rather than the same menu each day. I’d recommend a manager’s “reception” each night with wine, cheese, fruit, etc. The house is definitely made for entertaining. Also, while the soaps in the bathroom were nice, switching to a spa brand might also make it a bit nicer. Our room, the Maria Pia was very comfortable and it was nice hanging out in the common areas. “We loved our stay and only wish it could have been longer. It's a beautiful space under 15 minutes from the main attractions of Saratoga Springs, but it's like an oasis--beautiful space, very comfortable room with a beautiful bathroom, gorgeous patio to eat customized breakfast, and garden to enjoy. If we had more time we would have enjoyed the trails and more of the outdoor space. We were without a car but had no problems getting Lyfts or taxis to the space, and Alison was a wonderful host.
