We enjoyed our stay at the Dunes Inn, convenient for our visit to Great Sand Dunes National Park and an easy walk to a number of restaurants downtown Alamosa. Cooked to order breakfast included was very good. Only downside was that mattress was not very comfortable (but that’s a personal preference). Staff was very friendly

The lady who checked us in was very polite and efficient. The motel was older but very well kept. The room was a flashback to the 70s but was absolutely spotless and quite charming. We slept very soundly. The feee breakfast the next morning was tasty and an added bonus. If we're in Alamosa again, I'll book us a stay.

This is a great find... When you look at the outside it doesn't look like 5 stars...but if you are visiting the Great Sand Dunes this is the place to stay... Very nice staff ..A complete breakfast and a large well appointed room... Could not have been happier with our choice of the Dunes!!
