Ok for price. Office staff great, room attendance shouldnt be smiking while handling clean linens, could offer a simple breakfast. Rooms could be cleaner since they allow pets, shouldnt have to clean our own bedding

Never been to this area or OH, a bit intimidating at first. Friendly staff Debbie was welcoming, when I checked in. The staff always helpful, especially using the room key card, that was a bit much at times. Also, the room was clean and bed was so warm and comforting, during the long flight to get here from South Florida. Getting around, via Uber was great as well. Super Target is across the street and many different places to eat within walking distance. Safe area, friendly folks make up for the long travel. I would definitely recommend for a long or short stay.

Parking was right in front of our room and a huge floodlight was on all night but it shone thru the moth holes in the curtains.Great front desk folks. Easy check in/out.Room smelled musty. Bed good no bugs, Loud above us all night. Music. Dropping things or jumping not sure. We were there only about 9 hours to rest. Pet friendly. Mold in bathroom toilet plugged, we bought a plunger and left it there. Not the quality we expected for $100 night. Needs alot of attention and reno too. Would not stay there again.

parking was fine. The heat was set so high from previous person or hotel the room got very hot while sleeping. Did not like the pillows. Please get firmer pillows that your head doesn't sink into. Zero support. The TV never worked. It would not turn on no matter what I tried. Also got a knock on door at 11:04 am from housekeeping. There is no way that room was needed so fast that they had to clean my room at 11:00 sharp. I needed another half hour to shower and pack up. I felt rushed. Also, I have been to 4 Seasons hotels and Ritz Carltons and not had so much information required at check-in. It took way too long to get my key. I think this is my last year staying at Red Roof. Holiday Inn books up way too fast but I'm going to book super early so I don't get shut out again next year. If it's between paying 200 at Holiday or 100 at Red Roof I'd pay the extra 100 at Holiday Inn.
