Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities are very fun. Would love to see it receive updates because it’s a wonderful hotel. It’s just very outdated. Very clean though! Have stayed multiple times. Hot tub is more of a warm tub and needs to be hotter!

The breakfast was good, the room spacious, and the bed comfortable. only complaint is that the internet wouldn't stay connected, either on my phone or my computer. It was frustrating and I was glad I didn't have anything I really needed to get done.

Sean at the front desk was fantastic. The kids area pool is perfect. Suggest giving kids at check in an arcade card to get them started would be a nice touch. Location was great for visiting cleaveland and great breakfast. Again highlight was opening our room door to the amazing lounge with endless activities for the kids including a pool and mini putt. 😀

The pool area was good. The breakfast buffet was great. Full buffet. Things are run down, things look worn out. It was comfortable enough. Had problem with the keys. Had to get replacement twice. They just stopped working.

Overall okay. Property needs lights very badly. Corridors and rooms appear worn out and scary. Pool side rooms need to be redone as there is lots of noise especially during late evenings. Location of the property is isolated. Staff is good though.

We really had a great time here. The pool side room is great. It wasn't crowded, and I liked that. It could use some cosmetic upgrades in some places but over all a nice place. the free breakfast was actually a breakfast lol We would definitely go back.

Great for families. Travelled with a young toddler. He loved the atrium, so much so we requested to have a room right up to it shortly after we checked in. Staff was happy to accommodate, made the stay so fun. Things are a little dated but overall was a good experience. My kid loved the arcade, pool and generally being able to get his energy out running around.
