“Liked : 1. Clean rooms 2. All items in rooms were new 3. Basement parking 4. Beds were queen size so 2 can sleep. 5. Only double bed could adjust in the room. No extra bed mattress can be adjusted. Overall room size is small. Disliked : 1. Upon call for any service like water unavailability, no one took care. 2. Sitting area near reception was very hot. No AC or Fan was there. 3. Food (milk) was extremely costly. It's 105 for hot milk. Overall it was good experience.”

“We were checked-in 1 hr earlier - thanks. Requested for additional toilet rolls, which were delivered next day. There were no hand towels, which were also delivered the next day. Tried the massage facility, but the extension number published was wrong, and nobody picked up for couple of hours. Reception then provided the correct extension. Nobody at the health centre could provide the pricing. Finally the manager rang back after 3 hours to arrange for an appointment. They did give a small...

“Manas Resort with Petting Zoo is an amazing place for families especially with kids who love pets! They have a very good collection of dogs, rabbits, and birds, and they allow guests to pet these. Kids freak out when they get a pet of their own choice. Besides, the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. “I stayed with family for 4 days and it was nice. There is restaurant within the premise and food served is pure veg and very good. Staffs are polite and very cooperative.”
