“Los 4 días no me funciona el WIFI en la habitación y cobraron , antes de que yo llegara , según el contrato tienen que cobrar cuando yo llegue a las instalaciones, la tarjeta solo garantiza el pago en caso de NO SHOW Muy mala práctica.. no respectaron lo estipulado..”

“Lack of a swimming pool and sauna was a complete bummer. Although this may have been mentioned in their website, I wish the hotel had the courtesy to price down to compensate. I would not recommend this resort unless you plan to stay for 3-4 nights. Its vast, requires constant hailing of the cab service. PNF restaurant - while the food was good and the staff friendly, be warned that the place was full of mosquitoes. The other thing was that we were promised room with a view, unfortunately...

“Housekeeping not good not good service in room I take showers water coming out side the washroom and I told to 4 to 5 time but no one clean room and asked for change towels until 11pm no one changed towels and no one give toothbrush recitation staff and bell boy and door guard good work ”

“Ruhige Lage. Unser Aufenthalt war unter der Woche und aufgrund der wenigen Gäste war das Essensangebot etwas eingeschränkt. Pool und Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind gut nutzbar. Hier würde ich wieder buchen. ”
