Vacations Close To Ahupua'a O Kahana State Park

Location and price were good. Absolutely NO consideration or effort for early arrives and first room was dirty, bed practically on floor and air conditioner broken. That staff group was useless. NExt day the staff changed my room and were very helpful and friendly. Door lock kept failing but they finally changed it out on my last day. You get what you pay for but location was perfect!

The dirtiest and smelliest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was a lot of dust in the room, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and there was a smell in the hallway like that of trash. I had a washing machine and a dryer in the room. When I turned on the washing machine, all the water spilled out into the living area like a fountain, and the dryer didn't even work. I stayed for a week, and cleaning was offered only once; no one changes the towels—you have to go to the lobby to ask for them. There are still many things that could be written here.

Everything was great

Staff was extremely helpful during my whole stay. everybody from Desk staff, valets, room attendants were always extremely pleasant and efficient. Quickest valet service ever - I took my car out everyday and never waited longer than 2 minutes. Everyone has a big smile. Location was great. 5 star staff! Room was very good with a nice lania. Had a sweeping view of Diamond head all the way around to the ocean across the street. The location at the end of hotel row was unique so no other properties obscured the view. Beach equipment included at Beach Candy, Good food at Lulus Restaurant on site - the Tempura Mahi Mahi was excellent. Free coffee in lobby in the morning as well as coffee maker, Microwave and fridge in room. Nice pool area with chaises and umbrellas. If you're not happy here there's no hope for you.
