Vacations Close To Aguas Blancas Waterfall

Excelente todo

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodsting. The breafast bar was great, although I was not sure about the price and it was not adequately explained to me. The room was very clean. However, the air-conditioning would not adjust and it was a bit cold all night. In previous stays I enjoyed the dinner experience, but time didn't allow this time. When I did dine at the restaurant the salmon was amazing.

The mattress just had a top sheet over it not a fitted sheet so when you slept the sheet would slide and showed how stain and dirty the mattress was. There was no hot water, the mini fridge was warm, maintenance never came. The rooms air conditioner didn’t cool so it stayed at about 78 degrees. Every day there was power outages. The tv didn’t have signal for channels.

La habitación estaba limpia pero había mucha humedad, por tanto el ambiente no se sentía tan agradable, los chicos del staff fueron muy amables.

1 STAR – TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. I had a horrible and frightening experience at Santo Domingo Bay in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic. Someone entered my hotel room and stole my personal belongings, including my ID, credit card, debit card, and cash. This is an extremely serious violation of my privacy and personal safety. When you book a hotel room, you expect your belongings to be safe and your room to be secure. I went to this hotel expecting to enjoy my stay, but instead I experienced a situation that left me feeling violated, unsafe, and extremely disappointed. A hotel has a responsibility to provide a safe environment for its guests and to take security seriously. Nobody should have to worry about someone entering their room and stealing their personal documents and money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Think twice before booking here. Your safety and personal belongings should matter.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was super clean, and the staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was the highlight of our day and the meal we looked forward to most every morning. Special shout-out to Edgar at the bar for making amazing cocktails! We’d happily stay here again. Don't hesitate booking!
