“A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year.”

“En el check in online te obliga a poner la matrícula del coche, para luego cobrarte el aparcamiento aunque no hayas aparcado. Es una estafa puesto que no hay lugar para aparcar fuera del hotel excepto un parking público de pago más caro. Nosotros caímos y pagamos el público. A la hora de hacer el check out, nos cobraron el parking, pero teníamos prisa y no había nadie en recepción, así que decidimos reclamarlo online. La respuesta ha sido que no nos quieren devolver el dinero.”
