“Stayed here for one night on my way down from Edinburgh to London. The hotel is pet friendly. There is £15 charge, not sure if it’s per night or once time charge. The view from the bar is nice. HOWEVER, the lower level rooms (twin rooms) smells terrible. It smells damp. I had to ask to be moved to another room. Even the “upgrade” standard double room smelled damp. “Clean, friendly staff, shop for basic needs + fuel”

“We loved our stay at this gem of a BnB. The massive bed and the hearty breakfast gave us the energy to explore the area and made any jet lag a non-issue. Sue and Gary are wonderful hosts and provide as little or as much interaction as you want and were very helpful with ideas for locale, especially dinner. Sawby is a cute English town and the locals were very friendly when we went for walks.”

“The car GPS wasn't very good but I managed to use the directions on my phone. The rooms are across the road from the actual hotel. The food was really tasty especially the Full English breakfast which was inclusive. The Accessible room was very comfortable& the wet room was great, just what I needed. Definitely recommend this place.”
