“Staff agradable. Instalaciones y piscina bien. Desayuno genial. Habitacion n.9 horrorosa, pequeña y sin luz natural. La cama de matrimonio esta pegada a la pared por uno de sus lados y han puesto un cojin de plastico no muy higienico para no tocar la pared q es muy desagradable. Era planta baja con vistas a la terraza de la cafeteria, ninguna intimidad. puerta de la habitacion da a la recepcion demasiado ruido. Calidad precio mal, demasiado caro. No volveriamos.”

“The staff at the reception was amazing, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Staff members were removing plates before guests had even finished their meals, and there was constant shouting throughout the hotel. The alcohol served at the bar was of very poor quality. Overall, this did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience at all.”

“Super war der Balkon...mit sogar bisschen Meerblick und man konnte rauchen...Aschenbecher steht auf dem Tisch. Sehr nettes Personal in allen Bereichen. Sauberes Hotel und vielfältige Essen Auswahl...jedoch manche Fleischgerichte sehr knurbelig und fettig. Das Essen hätte insgesamt ein intensiveres Würzen vertragen können. Als ziemlich störend empfand ich das Kinder geblärre und das herumspringen während den Essenszeiten...liegt aber oft an der Erziehung...das hätte es früher nicht gegeben....

“Schöne, großzügige Anlage. Trotz hoher Gästezahl verteilen sich die Gäste über die Anlage. Toll waren die in der höheren Preiskategorie zugänglichen Restaurants A La Carte, Griechisches Restaurant, Fischrestaurant. Dadurch konnte man dem lauten und hektischen Hauptrestaurant entgehen. Die Anlage des griechischen Dorfes mit Kapelle etc. ist sehr hübsch. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und familiär. Der Generalmanager und andere Leitende waren immer wieder auf der Anlage...

“Air conditioning did not work in mid-May but I think it’s because the season is early. It probably will work in June. Breakfast was simple but good. Pool was very nice. Room had a TV which was nice but the bathroom felt really outdated and always smelled like chlorine for some reason. Balcony was really nice. ”

“We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely! The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night. We would recommend staying at the Syntopia to everyone!”

“Wow, wow wow... We booked Uzenie wondering if the rave reviews were too good to be true. There are not. The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up...
