Everyone was very nice and helpful overall, except for one of the front desk staff members, who was quite unfriendly and not very welcoming. Also, the quality of the soap and shampoo could be improved. Other than that, we were happy with our stay at the hotel and enjoyed our experience overall.

Beutiful hill location with ocean view. Just few minutes drive from the town center. Good wifi and parking, which is a must if you work and rent a car. Recommended

Nice bungalow but a little smelly and always some water under the tiles on the bathroom floor, that should be repared, probably the cause of the smell.. pools are nice but not heated! Nice view but no view from them, if I had known I wouldn’t have paid extra for a bungalow

tortuous drive to hotel but worth it for the views. cool shady parking in the pine trees and a steep walk to reception. quick cheerful efficient check in with everything explained in detail and excellent English. modern lift to upper floor with sea view room giving panoramic views. adequate balcony with table & two chairs plus modern compact washing line.,big fridge, clean tidy bathroom & efficient A/C. well priced drinks and snacks at the pool with plenty of loungers. dinner buffet was exceptional but breakfast a tad disappointing. thoroughly recommended

Wir hatten eigentlich drei schöne Tage im Hotel Forest Park, das hoch oben auf einem Hügel mit auf Blick Rethymno gelegen ist. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die weitläufige Anlage mit den zwei Schwimmingpools und den vielen Orangenbäumen ist sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten Halbpension und waren mit dem Essen (reichhaltiges Buffet) zufrieden. An den drei Tagen haben die Speisen variiert, es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, wobei für uns die warmen Gerichte gerne mehr gewürzt hätten sein dürfen. Wir hatten eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Bei der Anreise begrüßte uns die Rezeptionistin in perfektem Deutsch mit der Ankündigung eines Upgrades. Wir wurden nun in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht, hatten ein Wohnzimmer extra mit zwei Sofas, die wir nicht brauchen, zwei Fernseher, die wir nicht brauchen, zwei Balkone, wobei einer für zwei Leute gereicht hätte, wir hatten einen weiten steilen Weg zum Restaurant und zum Parkplatz und KEINE Aussicht auf Stadt und Meer. Für uns war also das Upgrade definitiv ein ziemlich großes Downgrade. Derjenige, der ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht hat und dem bei der Anreise ein Upgrade angeboten wird, sollte überlegen, ob er nicht lieber auf das Upgrade verzichten sollte. Über die Ausstattung eines Zimmers mit Meerblick können wir leider keine Aussage treffen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse des Restaurants war hervorragend. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der Fußweg zum Hafen ist steil aber durchaus machbar.

Hôtel très bien situé avec un parking à proximité. Il permet de visiter le centre ville à pied mais effectivement le retour est sportif (montée). Attention, la piscine ferme à 19h30 chaque soir et l'hôtel diffuse de la musique jusqu'à minimum 23h. Accueil RAS, petit déjeuner varié. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.

Bel hotel situé sur la colline avec 1 belle vue sur la mer. Possibilité de manger en terrasse et profiter de la vue. Accès un peu sportif si on remonte du centre ville à pied. Ch 102 légèrement bruyante avec les passages mais supportable. Personnel disponible et à l'écoute

L'hôtel est très bien rien à dire le gens d l'accueil au top après une petite déception pour la femme de chambre qui au début du séjour faisait notre lit et par la suite nous déposait les draps sur le lit c'était à nous de le faire. Pour la situation vous pouvez aller dans la vieille ville et et la nouvelle sans soucis, pour le retour on se fait les jambes 😁

Das Hotel ist mit seiner Lage über Stadt besonders. Zimmer, Frühstück, Pool sind für den Preis angemessen. Bei der Buchung mit Stadt-/Meerblick ist es auch ein seitlicher Blick gemeint. Die Aussicht ist schön aber nicht mit den Bildern vergleichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Die Ausstattung ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand.

The property was strange. It had all female staff during the morning and all male staff in the evening. There was one tall male staff at the bar who was vile. He was prejudice and rude. He ruined our holiday and should not be working there

Nice stay

It was a lovely hotel perched on a hill, we stayed at a junior suite that was 2 levels and clean. Our only complaints were that we could not get wireless service in our room even though we were informed that it was available. Had to go to the next building over to get service. One other quirk is that breakfast came with the room if you were in the main building but was not included in the separate suite buildings.

Hôtel dans les pins

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cette hôtel sur les hauteurs de la ville de Rethymnon. Très bien situé en 15min à pied vous serez en ville grâce au chemin reliant l’hôtel au centre. Hôtel est propre et rénové. Seul petit bémol un problème isolation au niveau de la porte de la chambre, on entendait beaucoup les passages et la réception.
