“I arrived later in the evening and walked into a filthy room that had obviously not been cleaned- the bed sheets were all rumpled like someone had just gotten out of the bed. There were a bunch of people hanging around outside and it felt creepy and unsafe after all. No refund since I prepaid. It was so gross- I left and drove an hour to crash on a friend's couch instead of staying.”

“The room was clean and comfy. But the property was not well maintained up to standard. When we entered the room, we heard the water constantly running in the toilet tank. Opened it and found the water inlet soft tube was interfering with the flapper. Fixed it. The we saw the towel hanging bar was tilted. The bar actually was not installed properly. 4 exposed #8 screws clamped the bases of the hanging bars to the wall. Totally unprofessional. The hotel rooms are built from apartment buildings....
