“ The hotel needs a complete refurb. The room allocated to us was of poor quality and standard. There was no wardrobe hanging space for ladies dresses and no drawers for storing other clothes. The plug was missing from the bath and the taps were dripping in the bathroom sink. The positive was that the staff were attentive and helpful and the food (breakfast) was excellent. We would not stay here again.”

“ The room was clean and well prepared. All the staff we had contact with were polite, friendly and helpful. The price we paid for the room was very reasonable. There was one thing we weren't happy about. At check in, we were told we needed to pay £10.00 for parking for two nights. We had not been made aware of this charge until we arrived at the hotel.”
