“Had a lovely 2 night stay here. Travelling solo and was made to feel very welcome. The place was spotless and had everything you could need. Lovely comfy bed and great shower. Owners were very friendly, bothing was too much trouble and i recommend the pancake breakfast! Sooooo nice! If you gwt chance to sample the chocolate cake you wont be disappointed! ”

“very lovely staff and pool and hottub , as it is very cheap the jacuzzi cost 1 pound ,so just need 2 pounds for jacuzzi, it has a fridge, microwave and sink very good vaule.”

“The location was fabulous and our room had an amazing view over the beach. We had dinner in the bar area and had a window seat overlooking the sea. The food was wonderful and the staff worked really hard to provide excellent service. Harriet was chatty, friendly and really concscientious and is a real credit to the team. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Absolutely loved my stay at The Black Lion Royal Hotel. The room and bathroom were spotless and clearly very well looked after. The people at the reception are incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The English breakfast was delicious and freshly made each morning. Plus, the hotel’s pub has such a cute, cozy vibe, perfect for a relaxing evening. Highly recommend!”
