“Breakfast was very good and in a lovely peaceful garden. Staff in the hotel were fantastic, really helpful even under pressure. It was horribly hot the weekend that we were there (unusual for Cardiff) but they did everything possible to make us comfortable with fans (no air-conditioning).”

“buena ubicación y desayuno, pero la presión del agua fatal, casi no te podías duchar nos estábamos en la planta 4 y apenas salia agua caliente. El parking es en la calle y sólo hasta las 8:00am, luego te tienes que buscar la vida y quitar el coche de la calle.”

“The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and pleasant especially the lovely Scottish lady on reception. We didn’t have the breakfast or have any food from the bar as they sell peanuts which my daughter has an anaphylactic allergy to. This meant we had to go out for food. “The hotel could be amazing but unfortunately it is now dated and needs to be refurbished. The standard twin room does not have an overhead shower and the room was dated and shabby. There was no bottled water as stated either. The room was also very hot and they do not provide fans as standard. The pool is lovely but does need a little TLC and the showers in the changing rooms are extremely hot. As is the general temperature of the changing rooms. “The room was too small, couldn't get round the bed without banging your foot. Also nowhere to put your suitcase other than the bed to empty it. You couldn't sit on the loo without banging your knees on the shower cubicle”
