No hacen el más mínimo esfuerzo por fidelizar al cliente: si el hotel está medio vacío, no ofreces un upgrade retribuido: lo haces y punto, como otras cadenas (léase TAJ, por ejemplo), y te ganas un cliente de por vida.”

“This was our first time to Vietnam and we wanted to have a combination of beach and Hoi an life. This offered the perfect balance. The room was great with a wonderful view of the resort and the stunning beach. The staff at bars were excellent!!! We loved the young lady in the restaurant who adores our daughter. “This hotel is tucked away from the main street, making it an oasis of peace and quiet. I stayed for 12 nights and it was so nice to be in a place close enough to cycle to the beach or take a grab to downtown Hoi An. I loved relaxing and reading by the pool and garden, The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to help you with organising transportation, massages, anything really. I would stay here again, 10 stars”

“Amazing little hotel. Staff are so helpful and go the extra mile for you. Loved having the pool right outside my bungalow which enabled me to get some sun and chill whilst my kids were taking their nap. WhatsApp customer service available 24/7. Very reasonably priced food and laundry services and they also do not have an issue with Grab being delivered which some hotels which is helpful as I did eat and drink a lot from the resort but sometimes my children just wanted a McDonald’s. “The hotel is part of the Hoiana resort complex, connecting to other hotels and resorts in the same property, there's frequent buggy service between the properties. They also offer free shuttle service to Hoi An Ancient town, as well as airport, making the travel arrangements so much more easier. Breakfast buffet has great options and best of all, free pickleball courts for hotel guests. The beach is nice and clean, our room had a nice beach bview from rhe balcony. “This hotel has newly opened , it was the first week when I stayed and it is .beautiful - the location is so peaceful, but close enough to the action of Hoi An by Grab or Bicycle. The rooms are a really generous size and I particulary enjoyed the wall seperating bathroom & Shower as well as the lovely views to the mountains Everything is very thoughtfully designed, Staff are amazing and so helpful - organising bicycle hire for me and assisting with Grabs.
