A well run and maintained hotel with good staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is next to the old town and could not be in a better location for tourists. As an aside, the ATM from Vietcombank in the street next to the hotel (turn left and left again when leaving) is one of the cheaper ATMs and does not charge the same exorbitant tourist tax those in the old town can apply.

This hotel was fantastic! It’s in a great location, has so many amenities and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was big and the bed was so comfortable. I had a full body massage at the spa inside the hotel and it was great. Highly recommend this hotel!

You really can't stay any closer to the Historic Town AND have such beautifully maintained gardens and pool. Felt more like a resort than a city hotel and had everything I needed on my doorstep. Cannot recommend enough. Did I mention the huge pool? :)
