“The hotel looks like a hairdressing salon: all is black&white, fancy, trying to look luxurious... and that: I don´t like. I´m sure many others will like that style; I prefer more casual, authentic, and was expecting something "more" Tuscany style hotel (I don´t know if it exists... what I know is that LHP is NOT). Don´t misunderstand me: To book this hotel was my mistake. The hotel functionality is great, all clean, great bkfst, nice and professional people, rooms are ok, bathrooms good size,...

“Tuve inconvenientes con la hospitalidad de la gente que atiende la terraza. Quisimos tomar un café y a pesar de hospedarnos en el hotel y de estar toda la terraza vacía , solo nos querían ubicar en una mesa que daba el sol , y hacía muchísimo calor, argumentando que el resto estaba todo reservado. Nos sentimos maltratados ya que repito no había ningún cliente.”
