“Very good”

“A lovely hotel with many original features. The dinner and breakfast were lovely, there was a nice selection of both. The room was great and plenty of plugs to charge devices. I liked the lounge/bar area with a wide selection of books and games available for patrons. It's very well located for trips to Battle itself and Hastings. Would very happily stay here again.”

“Standard room very small, but ok for three nights. ”

“nice friendly place with a good atmosphere and a pleasant bedroom”

“Just returned from another exceptional stay at the superb Windfalls Boutique Hotel. When booking accommodation it’s always reassuring to know full well that you will be travelling to an excellent clean and comfortable property with such welcoming hosts who have a ‘can do anything' attitude which is so rare these days. “Una sorpresa muy agradable. Es el primer hotel en UK que considero limpio. Normalmente la limpieza es muy superficial. Aqui todo perfecto y organizado. Comodo y con detalles inesperados. Recomendable.”

“A wonderful B&B, Jane and Kevin really attentive hosts, room modern with a vintage twist, clean and ample space, with own bathroom and toilet there was even a rest area with sofas outside our room and plenty of board games to use. Breakfast was excellent and surprisingly all included in the price quoted. Outdoor heated pool an added bonus used it every day for as great. Would recommend.”

“Lovely room, very clean, delightful hosts, great breakfast-I would stay again!!!!”

My main issue was although the lodge is to a high level some aspects were not working as expected like the cooker hood not working and not enough cutlery for 4 people and a TV which kept switching itself off. Overall these things were minor, the lodge is in a lovely wooded area next to a pond which the kids loved....

“We had such a lovely stay! The house is so unique, our room was beautiful and spotless, as was the en-suite! The couple whose home it is were so kind and welcoming. We had a lovely stay, lovely breakfast, and would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking of booking.”
