“La propiedad se veía bonita sin embargo ya que entramos al cuarto estaba lleno de cucarachas que salían por doquier, les pedimos ayuda y lo que logramos fue que nos cambiaran de cuarto, nosotros pagamos por 3 habitaciones y aparentemente solo estaban en 1 cuarto más tarde empezaron a salir en mi cuarto también y bajé para pedirles que me reembolsaran mi dinero, literalmente se burlaron de nosotros en nuestra cara y me dijeron que vendría el head del hotel a hablar conmigo. “The staff were amazing, from the front desk, to the cleaners, to the front door staff, literally every single person in that hotel was So helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and the general facilities of the hotel are all well maintained. I enjoy my stay, the hotel is close to a shopping centre and on a big strip of restaurants and bars.”

“The staff was incredible. We upgraded to the room with lounge access - the room itself was huge, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The buffet they have on the fifth floor is ridiculously good. If you’re rolling your eyes at eating at a hotel buffet, don’t it is incredible.”
