Even the hotel wasn’t located in close proximity to the monorail. The well-organised transportation made no difference to other hotels located just on steps from the BTS . Great spa and pool , service , breakfast with ongoing free coffee and tea at lobby

初めてのタイ旅行で素晴らしいホテルに宿泊できとても良かったです。一緒に行ったパートナーが宿泊中に、誕生日を迎えたのですが、何も告げていなかったのに、バースデーケーキをサービスで、ご用意して頂いたのは、驚きでした！喫煙者にもとても親切で、雨が降ると濡れない場所に灰皿を移動してくれる。フロントロビーを歩くと気持ち良く挨拶をしてくれる。トイレがウォシュレットも有りがたかったですね。朝食のビュッフェも満足いくものでした。立地も良く、レストランも多く、コンビニも近くに有り、最寄りのトンロー駅までの送迎も便利でした。本当に素晴らしいサービスでした。ありがとうございました。

駅近ではないもののかえってごちゃごちゃしてない高級住宅街のあるトンローストリートにある新しく綺麗なホテル。天井が高くてインテリアも今風でお値段の割に豪華な佇まい。お部屋も広くてウォッシュレットも完備して…その後移動した大手有名チェーンホテルより数段素晴らしくコスパ最高でした。 俳優さんの撮影していたからフォトジェニックも良きですね。 またお泊まりしたいです。

The entire hotel was amazing. We had a complimentary snack bar in our room and the hotel concierge converted our money for free. The pool was lovely and the view was amazing. There was plenty to do in the area including food and clubs. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was always clean, and the room service was delicious. 10/10 visit and I highly recommend.

Being a seasoned traveler, I can truly say Grand Centre Point Thonglor stands among the best I've had pleasure of staying. Great location in terms of local places to roam, eat, enjoy night life, and just sick back and enjoy the beautiful amenities the hotel has to offer; great gym, pool, and sauna. For me. what stands out are the staff. Front desk manager/duty manager, I think her nick name is Pom ?, and her team were nothing but extraordinary. They helped me to order a very difficult to purchase Thai umbrellas,and kept it before my arrival. They were helpful in many different ways during my short stay. Thai hospitality is well known, but these staff were one of the best I've experienced. Thank you, Pom !

Bad water pressure at the shower Unhelpful concierge staff, not willing to help moving my shopping to my room, rude face and bang the door. Unprofessional operator on phone. Asked me what help was needed. Told her then she just simply forwarded my call to her colleague without telling her colleague what I had said. Then I needed to tell again the issue. Then what was the point for asking me the detail in the first place? Should not call themselves as Guest service. Should just call them a forwarding machine. Not recommended. At such price level, many other great and better choices.

Very fine assistance, breakfast was great without being opulent, I didn’t use the pool. Only I found the hotel is far from the most touristic places like Iconsiam and the royal palace. With the traffic in Bangkok being so heavy it’s not recommendable for tourism to those places

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was on par with 4 seasons. The gym and pool were nice. The views were fantastic and the hotel food was great. The staff were extremely helpful in more ways then one. Everytime I left and entered the hotel i was greeted. My only issue is that I don't know thai language. I would have enjoyed speaking and interacting with everyone in thier native tongue. I'll be better prepared next time and I will return to 55 Grand Centre next year when I return.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this 5-star hotel! This was already my 5th or 6th stay, and once again, the experience was exceptional. The service is consistently warm and professional, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the attention to detail never disappoints. It truly feels like coming back to a second home. 部屋は広く清潔。バスタブやウォシュレットもあり良かった。朝食は種類も多く日本食もあり、辛いものが苦手でも困ることはなかった。駅まで無料トゥクトゥクがあるのが良かった。移動はGrabを使ったので、特に困ることもなかった。また泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。

子供連れで2泊しました。AM11時半ごろにホテルに到着したので、荷物を預け、 昼食をゆっくりとってからチェックインしようと思っていたのですが、 長旅で疲れているだろうからと、すぐに部屋に案内してくれました。 本当にありがたかったです。 滞在中、不満に思う事は何一つ無かったです。 スタッフの方たちは、とても素晴らしかったです。 初めてのタイ旅行でしたが、また行きたいと思っています。

The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable, with excellent facilities including a beautiful rooftop pool and a relaxing onsen.
