“La propiedad era vieja los alrededores no bonitos. No me gusto.”

“The communication was exceptional, before, during and after the stay. Friendly. Everything was like in the pictures. You got everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as your own home.”

“Clean house, and plenty of space for our family. Was a little upset that in our description it stated there was a grill and there was not. Also downside was paying for additions individually (ex: heating of the hot tub, additional fee for a grill, additional fee for the tank for the grill)”

“La ubicación La facilidad de entrada Y el precio Lo recomiendo”

“The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We actually had to go out & buy a mop because the floors were flithy. Also, I did not appreciate the fact that we were responsible for washing the towels and sheets prior to check out ; among other “check out rules”. If these things weren’t done, then we would be charged over $100 extra. Some things are reasonable, but what’s the purpose of charging over $200 cleaning fee if we’re the ones having to do the majority of the work (while on vacation)....

“Todo estuvo bien solo que no hay atencion en español o se hacen lo q no te entienden ”

“No lavan la ropa de cama , encontramos una camisa de otro huesped entre las sabanas y la sabana estaba sucia de comida. They don't wash the bed linen, we found another guest's shirt between the sheets and the sheet was dirty with food.”

I called about that. No one ever came to fix that. I didn’t complain. I just decided to wash all of my clothes when I got back home. The apartment suite was clean, but not the level of clean I am used to. There were stains on the throw pillows. There was an airpod (not ours) under the bed which was an...

“Reserve en the bear y me alojaron en spectrum ”

“Everything was literally perfect. Just as the pictures advertised. Our kids lost it when they walked in and explored the house and found the themed rooms, the theater and the pool. Pool was amazing! We opted for heat which made the stay even better having a hot tub. White rose was very responsive to our needs and had quick response time. The resort amenities were clean, the staff was friends and helped us find parking when the pool lot was full. Lazy river was a blast for the kids. Plenty of...

“Horrible customer service. Pool was not heated also dirty once we arrived. Refrigerator was leaking. Bed felt like a sink hole. ”
