“This property did not meet expectations based on the listing. The unit is advertised as sleeping seven guests and offering BBQ access, but neither was accurate during our stay. Communication was also very frustrating. It was not possible to reach an on-site property manager; instead, we were routed through a text messaging service with an off-site representative who was unable to effectively assist with our concerns. “The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We actually had to go out & buy a mop because the floors were flithy. Also, I did not appreciate the fact that we were responsible for washing the towels and sheets prior to check out ; among other “check out rules”. If these things weren’t done, then we would be charged over $100 extra. Some things are reasonable, but what’s the purpose of charging over $200 cleaning fee if we’re the ones having to do the majority of the work (while on vacation)....

“Clean house, and plenty of space for our family. Was a little upset that in our description it stated there was a grill and there was not. Also downside was paying for additions individually (ex: heating of the hot tub, additional fee for a grill, additional fee for the tank for the grill)”

“House was clean, comfortable, and safe! My only issue is the king size bed is super thin and hard and I couldn’t sleep well but overall I absolutely enjoyed my stay!”

“First off the house was not clean. It was only clean where a vacuum can fit. Behind all toilets was dirty, every shower had hair from previous guests. We have a three year old so we were in a rush to leave to get on our cruise and left behind our iPad. We wrote and apparently a cleaner took over two days to get to the house to only come back and say there was no iPad. Security didn’t even ask for ID. The back gate is open to let anyone just enter. Would never stay here again. Didn’t feel clean...
