It’s a great to place to stay and especially with kids. A lot of amenities and the water park is excellent. The place really is kid friendly. We didn’t experience any riff-raff and it was Fourth of July weekend. I hope to return. Get yourself a golf cart to explore the resort.

Great stay yet again. Asked for a golf view high up before check in. When we arrived we were told the hotel was sold out and given a really poor room but could move the next day. We eventually moved to the room as requested. A great resort with great amenities and generally a lovely holiday. My advice would be to call the hotel on the day of check in as they don’t look/reply to emails.

The staff was super friendly, and quick to assist with any needs that were brought up. With that said, the property is aging quite a bit and could use a fairly substantial refresh. This would include inside the Villa (which we stayed at) and the grounds in most of the area. Many trees & bushes needed significant attention.. The room was very very clean though, and that helped with the overall experience.

Hotel is nice, but I had to beg for a toilet roll to be sent to my room. It tooks hours, Called several times and had to goto front desk. Its either low staff or they dont care. So you feel like you are having a good trip until you need something, then it feels different. Front desk girl acting like I shouldnt be bothered that they couldn't provide simple service. Shuttle drivers where the best.
