“Good customer service”

“I spent 4 nights in the hotel. The service was superb and the facilities are amazing.”

“Excellent modern property! A delight to stay here….excellent views of the ocean too. And walking distance to almost everything. The drop off/ pick up arrangements are weird with multiple levels of lobbies but that is the architect’s fault….not the hotel’s. We will definitely be back”

“Delicious breakfast, location, views, and history incomparable , it really transports you back to the old times”

“Impossible to get breakfast, staff incompetent and unhelpful”

“Staff were friendly and we had shops and restaurants closer to the hotel ”

“The property is in excellent condition. The location is great! It’s right in front of Marino mall and great for kids. The staff is kind and Sri Lankan hospitality is just not compatible to other places. Truly this place made our trip more enjoyable. We stayed 10 days and it was the best!”
