Hoteles de 5 estrellas en Tkhilnari

“nice place to stay”

“Title: Highly Disappointing – Far Below 5-Star Standards In my personal opinion, despite this hotel being rated as a 5-star property, the actual experience is light-years away from that standard. I would describe it as a 2-star experience at best. Here is a breakdown of my stay: Service (3/10): The service was extremely poor. The staff were unwelcoming, indifferent, and lacked basic hospitality skills. Cleanliness (7/10): Room cleanliness was acceptable but nothing more, and this score is...

“Amazing hotel in the heart of old Batumi with spacious and well-designed rooms, excellent breakfast and super service. Avto went above and beyond to make us comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Muy buena opcion en relacion calidad/precio”

“Clean, good and spacious rooms. Service was good. Made decent use of the sauna and the bar on one of the upper floors. The AC worked and I slept well.”

“The staff workers are really rude and not helpful at all. Cockroaches in the room. The room smelled like smoking- just awful. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
