Overall good stay. First room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and when I informed reception, they changed our room and the service was quick & professional. Hotel & room was clean. Pool was large and clean. Hotel sells day tickets though to non-guests which creates a busy atmosphere around the pool and pool bar/restaurant. Staff at the pool restaurant were slightly rude and it all seemed a little chaotic.

Best hotel in Batumi

Best hotel in Batumi ! Staff are helpful, from check in to check out. Spa facility is amazing (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath until 11pm) also the spa treatments and friendly staff. Outdoor pool has great atmosphere The beach (has stones and not sand, bring proper water shoes) is beautiful with sunbeds (10 lari each) The restaurant at the pool is good also the one on 20th floor has great views and food you should start there. There are many restaurants around the hotel (much cheaper than the one in the hotel), the boardwalk is 2 minutes away from the hotel and it is beautiful can also rent a scooter/ bicycle/ large bicycle of 4 people etc.. can ride around to either directions- the mall (go left)/ ali&nino moving statue/ Ferris wheel (go right). Taxi from airport to the hotel 10-15 lari, only cash (if you order from the hotel it cost around 40). Will definitely return to this specific and great hotel.

This is the second time I’ve stayed with you in the past month. We weren't even greeted pleasantly or with a smile upon arrival. Things only got worse from there. I stayed in room 309. I complained about the lack of water flow in the shower and the fact that the overhead showerhead wasn't working. I asked to switch rooms because the situation was terrible—it was impossible to shower comfortably. I was told there were no available rooms and that a technician would be sent to fix the issue. Unfortunately, no technician was sent and nothing was repaired, so I was forced to endure the shower situation throughout my entire trip. I certainly will not recommend this hotel. I am very disappointed.

Title: Highly Disappointing – Far Below 5-Star Standards In my personal opinion, despite this hotel being rated as a 5-star property, the actual experience is light-years away from that standard. I would describe it as a 2-star experience at best. Here is a breakdown of my stay: Service (3/10): The service was extremely poor. The staff were unwelcoming, indifferent, and lacked basic hospitality skills. Cleanliness (7/10): Room cleanliness was acceptable but nothing more, and this score is highly generous on my part. Shuttle Service: I strongly advise future guests not to use the hotel’s transportation services. The management of this service feels highly exploitative. The vehicles provided were decades old, unhygienic, and had a very unpleasant odor. Save yourself the frustration and avoid making the same mistake. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Shalomrav, my wife and I are staying at your hotel from June 4th to June 9th. We arrived at the hotel and were given a very shabby corner room in the ceiling, there was a hole in the bathroom, and moisture from my time with an employee, which required us to contact you with room number 1212. Then we were given another room, 414, which in our opinion is disrespectful to Sartu Hotel, the phone in the room did not work on the first day, there was no room service , and there was no mini bar and no refrigerator, the curtains were torn, we went to the reception again and we were indeed sent a refrigerator that was dirty from the inside, without the contents of the mini bar, but the phone had not been repaired until this moment so that in every way we had to go down and of course we could not order new services, whenever it was necessary To contact you, we had to go up and down and wait in line for reception, it was simply not convenient. We are regular guests of the hotel and have stayed on several occasions and this is our favorite hotel in Batumi, despite the high price we always knew we would get value for money, unfortunately this time we were very disappointed and in my opinion we did not get value for the money paid, Sheraton hotels are known for their level of service and quality, so the disappointment is very big. Just to clarify Despite our requests, no action was taken and the feeling was that there was disrespect on your part.
