“Unfortunately we were told we had been upgraded to two bedroom chalets instead of the modern three bedroom villa we had originally booked for our group. This wasn’t an upgrade as the chalets are much older and the facilities weren’t as nice, although we did have more room. “Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful clean and tidy room. gorgeous country views, fully enjoyed the "special attention" from our hosts. The meals and service were amazing. Chef "Stewart" cooked beyond perfection! The spa pool was very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the 5 km trail walk around the property. A very calm, relaxing and safe feeling at this lodge. A highly recommend quiet retreat! Thank you for making our stay so memorable.”
