“We arrived quite late on a Friday evening, having travelled from London after work. Gareth had kept in touch with us prior to our arrival, assuring us our arrival time would be ok. We were warmly welcomed by him on arrival and he took time to guide us through everything we needed to know. Our room (Rupert) was wonderful; spotlessly clean, with everything we could have needed, plus more. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding of excellent quality - we slept so well.
