“My first stay in Pattaya was during the off-season so the prices were criminally low. It was supposed to be raining the whole time but we were lucky with no rain. The luck of the weather plus the uber pleasant experience at the Arbour really magnified the joy of this vacation. The staff is impeccable with service and smiles galore. The view from the rooftop pool, the sauna, cleanliness, and the convenience of location makes this a place to revisit in the future. ”
