“I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.”

The place was very nice, clean, and had good amenities like a little kitchen, washing machine, and couches. “El Hotel está viejo, no remodelado, la habitación es pequeña y el baño muy incómodo, con instalaciones viejas y en desuso. El desayuno limitado a muy pocos productos, poca variedad. El estacionamiento está lejos del hotel y tiene costo, uno tiene que caminar para llegar al estacionamiento y no dan transporte . Lo único bueno fue el servicio de Sonia la recepcionista, hablaba español y hacía todo el esfuerzo por atender bien al huésped.”
