We did not get a response from the property when we messaged about early parking. Check in was easy and staffed from 16:00-22:00 when we arrived (June 2026).

My room was huge and included a kitchenette. I was there only one night, but it would have been perfect for a week stay. Right across the street from a nice swimming beach. Short drive to Opatia, but not within walking distance for me. Good breakfast. Very nice staff.

The air conditioner in our room did not work at all. I had read a few other reviews that said this and decided to risk it, but we lost on this one. It was extremely hot in our room, even with the window open, and having the window open made it loud. Perhaps we could have switched rooms, but we arrived late and the front desk closed shortly after we got in. Also, the bathroom had a sewage smell to it. I think it was emanating from the shower drain, but it was quite unpleasant. Despite these issues, the property is otherwise well maintained and was nice. There is a terrace upstairs and a restaurant/bar on site. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. This review would have been better if it had not been over 30 Celcius so that we needed the AC. One other thing: The location requires a car for easy access to any sights/restaurants. However, there is ample free parking. For the price, this is a decent place to stay.

You need a car if you stay at this property as a few kilometres from nearest towns. We had an awful smell coming from our room, we later worked out it was the air conditioning. After we switched off air con and opened window is was okay. Property itself is dated and photos appear to be taken some time ago. I feel this accomodation is not worth what we paid. I recommend staying in centre of Optija is a better option. Staff were great.

Nice new apartments and convinient beach

Nice new apartments, modern and clean. There is a bakery around the corner. Small nice beach (with free shower) across the street (no climbing needed:)). Friendly and helpful staff. 10min driving to Rijeka and Opatija (there is a bus stop).

Hotel modern and clean. Location not for kids. There should be jacuzzi on the top of the hotel, but theres nothing! Big dissapointment. The sea is beat but you need to run Three the busy street.

I was misled by the drone photo of the property. There is an industrial zone between the property and the ocean. The room door was like a safe door, heavy with a 4-pronged bolt. It hinted that the area needed extra safety precautions.

Excellent

This place was a full discovery. I was looking for a simple accommodation with a fair price for one night stay on my way through Rijeka. But this place is much more. It is an excellent aparthotel situated on a perfect spot, on the coast between Rijeka and Opatija. A perfect place as a base for discovering Kvarner, Gorski Kotar and Istria. All those places can be reached within 1 hour drive. So, if you plan to stay in Kvarner and to travell and discover all those wonderful places this is a perfect base. The apartment was very big, clean and comfortable. The service and staff - EXCELLENT! One more thing - I've been traveling a lot and visiting many hotels, but the breakfast in Preelook was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST BREAKFAST I ever had in some hotel. And all served on the table! I have discovered my place on Kvarner.

Super Lage Moderne Einrichtung Sauber Gute Kommunikation
