Unfortunately, the standard of the lodge did not match the ‘luxury’ billing — in my assessment it was closer to a solid 3-star property. “Easy check in, on first impression room was a good size , bed comfortable , bathroom the toilet looked like it had been broken for dome time, we did message North gate to inform them along with photos, but no response , crack in toilet seat is unhygienic ! Cobwebs in the bathroom as well Breakfast was ok We did inform someone about the toilet seat again when we checked out”
