“The bath tub shower had a step before accessing it in addition to having to avoid the side of the bathtub itself. Not enough floor towels provided for ensuring one could be placed on the step before the bathtub and another on the ground for minimising risk of slip in particular when coming off the shower obviously with wet feet.”

“Easy access and secure parking. Friendly staff with a clean and tidy room”

“perfecto”

“Really helpful staff. Room was clean and tidy, bed was a bit softer than I’d prefer but otherwise no complaints. Would stay again. Cafe nearby was good for breakfast.”

“Everything about this booking was easy. The staff were very accommodating with arrival times, the room spotless and amenities as expected. The underground parking isn’t suitable for large cars but there is plenty of street parking.”

“Best breakfast that you will have in New Zealand. And lovely couple...!!! Recomend this place 100%”

“Muy buen hotel para recomendar. Muy limpio y vista panoramica 180 grados”

“Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton. The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price”

“Stunning Property. Beautiful location and gardens. Sue is an excellent host. Great breakfast and excellent coffee.”
