“In general it is a good hotel, probably not 4 stars to European standards, but 3.5. The breakfast a bit poor (I was staying for 10 days, and they have always the same and not so much choice). There is a nice terrace on the roof. Also, on the weekends it’s open till 2.00 am, so if you are staying on 9-10 floor it could be a bit noisy. But in general everything was ok. ”

“Amazing hotel. Staff was wonderful and so helpful. The pool and exercise areas very well taken care of and nice. The room was marvelous. High ceilings, spacious bathrooms and wonderful pillows. Very clean.”

“Spacious but interior quite old which both door of the toilet is broken and couldn't be locked even after we changed room, and need to bare in mind the traffic as downtown is seriously congested which means it usually take over 3-4 hours to reach to/from airport”

“Noisy, peeling wallpaper, broken mirrors, toilets that constantly block. Breakfast was shocking - cook can only do fried eggs, boiled sausage and salad. No hot water three mornings out of seven. Phones can't call outside of hotel. Pay movie channel not available to guests. Gym and spa closed. Staff can't speak any English. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Avoid, avoid, avoid!”
