“The best hotel in the Detroit metro area hands down! A stunning property and so beautifully kept. Birmingham is a pristine little town and The Townsend so well immaculately situated in its heart. Walk to anywhere. The staff is second to none. I flew in for the Jack White concert, and came back to my hometown, and everyone was so warm and friendly and kind to me. So memorable. “Mike the main bartender at the Library was amazing, he made us specialty drinks and was super nice, helpful and gave us other great spots to check out. We arrived super early from our flight and the lady there was ok, she let us keep our bags there but didn't really tell us anything about the hotel or amenities. When we returned later to check in a different front desk lady was working and she told us more about the amenities-you can use the salt grotto/hot tub for free while staying there which...
