ZERO openness to a conversation, I witnessed equally unhelpful impolite behavior with the 2 guests in front of me. This woman just had to be right and have it her way. Because I paid directly to the hotel and not Expedia, nothing they could do… note to others. Nice enough place, but the front desk experience sealed it for me. Never again.
