“This hotel is just freaking amazing! 10/10”

“ Desayuno estupendo. Ubicación cercano al centro paseando. ”

“The villa was nice and clean, but that’s all you get really. We paid extra for dinner 22 euro per person and was told that the restaurant is open until 10, we went for dinner at 8:30pm to be told by the chef there that they close at 9 pm. Next morning at check out we asked for a refund for our dinner and...

“Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly.”

“Except for one person, the staff is unable to communicate in English. Room was huge, but the furniture was pretty old and worn out (especially that horrible carpet). Spa was not worth it either. Small variety for breakfast, but I appreciated having those Bulgarian pastries. Overall, the hotel was comfortable but it completely lacked the "luxury" feeling advertised.”

“Amazing clean and tidy. We stayed on the top floor so there is 5 flights of stairs. We stayed for 4 days all I would suggest is that they should give extra toiletries and towels after 2 days at the least as they do charge a cleaning fee. But it’s beautiful great location and extremely clean ”
