“All of the staff were extremely helpful and very polite throughout our stay. The building and the location speak’s for themselves with stunning scenery and wonderful architecture. Our room was spotless with modern fixtures and fittings. The Spar facilities had recently opened, had been completely refurbished, and were all to a very high standard and very enjoyable. “I have to admit that, in my case, I didn’t enjoy at all. Staff is so inflexible, I was in a business trip. Impossible to get a cold sandwich after 9pm (arrived at 9:07) no other options in town except an Indian. The hotel is pet friendly which I like but for the rest not an option for me. A pity because I was expecting something different. The rooms are fine but too many steps and a bit caotic ”
