“Tidy rooms, convenient hotel parking and access. Right near the tram lines/train station but no noise either!”

“The staff told me to park anywhere on the street until 9 tomorrow, so I dropped the luggage with my wife and tried to find parking. The bellman at the door just stood there and watched my little wife, who is senior citizen, load the heavy baggage onto a cart and didn’t offer to help whatsoever, and there were no other customers at all. It was very ungentlemanly if I’ve ever seen it. The next morning, I informed the front desk staff who didn’t seem to care and said it’s not his job. Out front...

“We stayed two nights in a three-bedroom villa with two young kids and their grandparents. We are sensitive to cleaning chemicals but none of us had any reaction, no smell, so we could fully relax at the villa. The waterpark and the bigger pool were amazing, entertained our kids all the time, literally almost all day. We could spot some warrabies in the property, which was a good bonus. The breakfast buffet was also great, especially the egg kitchen. No salad at the time I stayed but a good...

“Our room was very good and clean, staff helpful. Enjoyed Wests Club so close to our accommodation. Great food and service from nice helpful staff. A great setup for our stay there.”

“Top notch accommodation. The pub out the front for food, a bottle shop out the front for drinks and next door Dullboys for the kids. Perfect location for a sport event in the Warner Bay area”

“La ubicación ”

“In general the place is not very clean. The carpet was very dirty. We found the brown insects dead in the bedroom and some others appeared during the night. The room was well equipped and staff was friendly. ”

“The property was much older than the photos on the website. Found an used razor in the bathroom when we checked in. Bin liner wasn't changed everyday, Found a dirty used face wash towel left in bathtub on one of the day we came back. Definitely not an Accor hotels standards”

“Muy buena la ubicación la comida excelente , las habitaciones un tanto chicas pero en excelente estado”

“Great location and friendly staff”

“El hotel funciona en un edificio antiguo que solia ser una cerveceria y es realmente precioso pues han incorporado elementos modernos a esa arquitectura. Estaba bien ubicado a 600 metros de un paseo maritimo en donde habia una buena variedad de restaurantes muy bonitos. El espacio (contratamos un departamento de dos habitaciones) era generoso y muy elegante. Destaco (porque realmente me impacto) lo comodas que eran las camas. Volveria a alojarme! ”
